Job Accounts Payable Officer, Osborne Park

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to support a busy finance team on a temporary basis for 3-5 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full AP function from start to finish within the team.

You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end accounts payable processing
• Processing invoices and verifying accuracy
• Matching purchase orders and handling credit notes
• Bank reconciliations and monitoring payment terms
• Processing payment runs in line with company schedules
• Managing supplier queries and ensuring prompt resolution
• Maintaining vendor records and ensuring data integrity
• General filing and documentation support

About You:

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

• At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise across teams
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
